Jay is the founder of Flywheel, a company that has evolved since 1981 into the full-service provider it is today. Having been self-employed his entire career, Jay is the true definition of an ambitious entrepreneur.

Bart embodies the definition of having an entrepreneurial spirit, having launched his first legitimate company as a teenager. His passion for business has led him to own and manage several other companies, including C&C Outfitters and Crossfit Rivne in Ukraine.

Serena may be all smiles, but she is a focused businesswoman. She began her career in the personal insurance industry, and later became a licensed agent. Seeking a new challenge, she joined the Flywheel team, only to work her way up the ladder to be the leader she is today.

Matthew loves a challenge and prefers to always be active, even if just toying with his Rubik's cube while brainstorming at his desk. His prior work as a Senior Leave Specialist for a large insurance company afforded him the valuable experience with corporate culture and logistics which he offers our tight-knit team.

Beginning her journey in advertising sales and voiceover work, Candace has evolved into the Boss Babe she is today. Clients love her because she's fun and makes the process effortless. They stay loyal because she doesn't stop until perfection is achieved. Good is the enemy of great.

What is a guiding principle that you live by?

Being a first rate you, is better than being a second rate anyone else!

What organization or cause do you support?

The Carter Hope Recover Center, which serves recovering adults who are looking to get their life back on track. I help with annual fund-raising campaigns to keep the center programs affordable.

How do you spend your free time?

My favorite thing to do is to grab my pack and hike in the backcountry for 3-4 days at a time. When I have less spare time, I enjoy watching soccer and flying my drone around the Blue Ridge mountains.
